Daria is a globally recognized specialist in Auto-ID, RFID and IoT recruitment.

With over 13 years of international experience, she has placed mid-to-senior professionals across sales, business development, technical roles (hardware/software/FAE), project and product management, pre-sales, marketing, HR, and advisory boards. Her clients span major players, start-ups, vendors, manufacturers and system integrators in the Auto-ID/RFID/IoT ecosystem.

Beyond recruitment, Daria advises on board and fractional hires, vendor and partner selection and consulted on some of the acquisitions and partnerships across the industry.

Before entering executive search, Daria managed multiple EU and UNIDO-funded projects, bringing strong consultancy and project management expertise. She holds a BA in Modern Mandarin Chinese and History from North-East Normal University (China), along with certifications in Executive Coaching and PRINCE2 Project Management.
